Having been licensed to sell real estate in NC since the late 70´s, I have seen vast changes in the real estate industry, technology, marketing, communications, and customer relations.  We literally have the world at our fingertips, but nothing can ever take the place of one-on-one customer relations and great customer service.  At the end of your internet search or drive through your target area, you still need a REALTOR© you can count on to give you comparable market information, tax information, lender recommendations and to represent YOU.

The Internet has given my buyers more information than they have ever had access to in the history of this business, but it doesn´t mean much if there is not someone at the end who can help you through the buying process.  As the information rolls in on your computer screens, there are still many steps to go through before you can finally sit down at the closing table and walk away with the keys to your new home.

I will do my best to keep up with the latest in financing, market trends, government incentives such as first-time home buyer loan programs, tax credits, etc., so that I can do the best job for you when you have finally made the decision to buy.
